
But since there are quite a few users in the office I was hoping there was a less extreme solution out there. Is there anyone in here that has a solution? My next move would be to completely reinstall the office programs and install them again. Also, mails are still being received and sent even though it asks for passwords. So it is the mail accounts it asks for, and not the license to activate the program.
The window looks like the attached screenshot and if the user has more than 1 account, it keeps popping up for all accounts in Outlook. I've also tried to enter the password in Preferences -> Accounts, but still the same. I've tried numerous solutions including removing entries from Keychain (Exchange, ADAL and Office) as explained in various support articles.
